Canon ID FAQ - for Canon Singapore Online Warranty portal

1. For existing Canon Singapore Online Warranty account holder, you can create a Canon ID account simply by resetting your Canon Singapore Online Warranty account password via Sign in at Canon Singapore Warranty portal.
2. Click on "Sign in with your email"
3. Click on "Need a new password"
4. Enter your account email and click on "Reset password"
5. A password reset link will be sent to your email.
A password reset link from Canon ID (no-reply@idm.myid.canon) will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam mail folders or ensure correct email is entered for the password reset.
6. Click on "Reset password" link in the email you received to complete your Canon ID account creation process.
7. Choose a new password and click on "Upgrade".
8. Click "Continue" to complete your Canon ID account creation.
9. You will be re-directed back to the Canon Singapore Online Warranty portal.
If you have an existing Canon Singapore Online Warranty account and Canon ID account, you only need to activate your Canon ID account to access multiple Canon websites and services.
If you have an existing Canon ID account, to access your Canon Singapore Online Warranty account via Canon ID, you will need to activate your Canon ID account.
For new users, you can create your Canon ID account via Login at Canon Singapore Online Warranty portal.
Our emails are sent from an unmonitored mailbox (no-reply@idm.myid.canon) and might have ended up in your Junk/Spam folder. In that case, please move the email to your Inbox to prevent the issue from happening again.
If you still cannot see the email, please repeat the above steps by adding no-reply@idm.myid to your safe senders list and make sure the correct email address is entered.
Your Canon ID account page allows you to change your email address. You will need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.
Your social network service provider can help you reset your account. If you are unable to access the social network service you had signed up for, you will need to setup a new Canon ID with a new email/social network account.
You can create your Canon ID account without providing this information.
You can manage your particulars such as email, password, mobile number and date of birth in your Canon ID account page.
Your Canon ID account can be deleted from the Canon ID account page.
If you delete your account, you will lose access to all the Canon services you have used, as well as content you have uploaded to Canon storage and sharing services, if you have used them. You cannot reverse this action.
Yes, you can subscribe by clicking “Yes” under “Stay in touch with Canon” when you create a new Canon ID account.

Alternatively, you can subscribe by clicking “Yes” under “Communication preferences” under your created Canon ID account.
